VEHICLE TECHNICIAN/MECHANIC NEEDED
We have an opportunity for a level 3 qualified technician that has a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. You must be able to confidently repair a wide variety of vehicles, carry out routine servicing and vehicle health checks.

Requirements

Undertake various repairs, from minor maintenance to major/in depth work

Carrying out routine servicing & vehicle health check

Diagnosing and fault finding

Ensure high standard of work and work to maximum efficiency

Work in a safe and professional manner

Ability to work well in a team

Full clean driving licence

Willing to undergo training

Salary up to £46K depending on experience
Hours: Monday - Friday and every other Saturday until 12.30 pm.

Customer Service Advisor-
Customer Service Advisor required for independent garage in Scarborough. This position will initially be for between 3 – 12 months to cover maternity leave, but may lead to a permanent position for the right person.

You must have excellent customer services skills and have a genuine desire to provide our customers with the best experience every time.

We are looking for someone who can think on their feet and has the confidence to communicate effectively with customers, both on the phone and face to face.

If you enjoy building relationships and have a genuine interest in helping our customers then this this could be the role for you.

You will be working as part of a small team, so you’ll need to be flexible, friendly and helpful.

The Role

We want our customers to have the best experience possible. You will welcome all customers on arrival, take their details and assess their needs. You will listen carefully to the customer, gathering information to make clear concise notes of the problem/work required.

Once work is underway, you will ensure that the customer is kept informed on the progress of their vehicle. You will be generating invoices and taking customer payments.

Our customers are extremely important to us and you will be expected to work with your manager to find solutions to any customer grievances.

You will be responsible for providing a welcoming environment for our customers ensuring the Service Reception and waiting room is clean, tidy and presentable.

If you are confident, friendly, well presented and have the ability to quickly establish and build rapport, you may be successful in this role.

We are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, for over 70 years she was an inspiration to all, leading with determination, devotion and love.
