Such an appropriate day to have the official SFS after party to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to all the team for all your hard work & efforts, it’s so appreciated ❤️ and we mean that for the bottom of our hearts, we could not do it without you 🥰🥰🥰
The amazing Brit-Cit Judges made the main organisers their very own Judges badges in our names 🤩🤩🤩 they were presented to the boys for 10 years hard work!
We are so made up with them, thanks so much to the Judges who have been with us for the whole 10 year ride ❤️

During SFS 2024 Davros Skaro amassed his attack force and attacked Farrer's Bar & Restaurant at Scarborough Spa, causing absolute mayhem & chaos before eventually getting booted out for demanding shots!

This Is The Way….

Well, how are we all feeling after another epic SFS weekend?

What a way to celebrate our 10 year anniversary!!

I kinda need to keep this short and not ramble on, I could say so much but just want to say an ENORMOUS THANK YOU to firstly THE WEATHER 🙏🏻 the amazing guests, agents & artists who were nothing short of being absolute darlings the whole time, the team of hard working volunteers that make SFS tick like clockwork every year, the costume groups who are just incredible, the phenomenal amount of Cosplayers who always knock it out of the park, the Spa staff who put up with our nonsense every year without complaining, the deputy mayor for opening the event with the town crier & consort, the hospitality team, the Ocean Room Cosplay team who pulled it together in a ridiculously short amount of time, the brilliant Geek Pub Quiz trio, the lovely traders, the mighty Dalek Earth Force, all the different gaming groups that were splendid, the absolutely staggeringly talented Midland Bodypaint Team, the awesome student exhibitors & their leaders, the police cadets for their excellent service as usual, all the magnificent exhibitors, Droidbuilders UK for the astromech magic, Black Widow for her awesome kids area, the hardworking door staff who tolerate so much cold draughtiness its unreal, Rogues Gallifrey for putting the WHO into SFS, Leeds/Bradford Starfleet for everything they do, The Crescent Bar & Secret Sub Rosa for a slamming after show party, & all our lovely hoteliers (especially The Toulson Court, they know why!) who looked after our guests & exhibitors so perfectly.
Each and every person involved was important & appreciated!

THANK YOU 🙏🏻 for buying tickets in advance and the door, without you there wouldn’t be an SFS every year!

Now there just has to be some special mentions, the incredible North Yorkshire Props Department & Outer Rim Props for the way they worked all year to build sets for the prop room was both mind blowing and beautiful, thank you so much guys ❤️

The phenomenal Daryl Young, thrown in at the deep end by yours truly and absolutely nailing it up in the Ocean Room!
I had no doubts whatsoever that you could deliver 🤩

And finally, the core of team SFS, my right hand brothers in arms and my compadres in chaos….
The most excellent and ridiculously organised Steve Monkman, Simon Heaton & Chris Taylor, well done lads, we did the good ship SFS proud, we all did!!

And your comments & words since the weekend have left us feeling the love ❤️🥰

We will be back on 26th & 27th April 2025!!
