With effect from 23rd August 2023 - This lady is retired from cake-making!

Well my friends, I knew this time would come sometime, but I have decided to retire from the cake-making business.
I may well concentrate on teaching the finer arts of cakes, buns etc, to my two granddaughters (they have already had a go at fairy cakes!)
I would like to thank my family and friends over the years, who have entrusted me with cakes for their family events - I have enjoyed each and everyone!
I may even be able to concentrate on the odd pasty or two for Yogi - as you know, he is partial to a pasty - or two!
I do have a number of cakes to display - two wedding cakes - and these will be displayed very shortly.

As a former Cook of twenty years or so at Graham School Scarborough, I have made cakes for family and friends for a number of years now. Most of the cakes I have made over the years, appear on my main page. I thought it would be good to have a more dedicated page in which to display my cakes.
