Painted a recently installed loft hatch

2nd jet was of the day, no chemical used as it has a fish pond so completed it all with fresh water and the result was brilliant and the client is delighted

First of two jet washes today, client had asked me to re point the patio so prior to that I have jet washed it today and came up lovely will be returning to re point it

Earlier in the year I painted the fence line for this client , all the borders had died back for the winter months so access was easy , returned to do some jobs for them, I asked if I could share their amazing garden on FB as i in thought it looked so lovely.

Client had water ingress from patio doors , removed the out side trims and found massive gaps , sealed up the gaps cleaned the trims and re fitted

Few little nice jobs today , coat hooks hang picture fix hinges on a cupboard door
As well re seal a shower tray and bathroom window and re fit panel to shower that had come loose because the screw had broke

Washed and vacuumed the gutters and soffits for one of my regular clients , all came up nicely and the clients are delighted .

Power wash today and large patio and front garden and decking area , client was delighted with the result

Replaced ship lap on this shed due to damage and rot, client will paint when he gets the same colour

This shed roof had four layers of felt and what felt like a million nails this is by far the most felt and nails I have taken off one roof . Each layer had so many nails !!!!
This was no doing of the client as he has not long bought the house but he was delighted the roof is now all water tight.

Vacuum today gutters were quite heavy but all cleared thanks to the power of the shadow vacuum

Client wanted her office re stained, prepped and Mary ready for stain and came out lovely , most of all the client was delighted

Client parks her car on the gravel but the matting used was only 20mm and because it’s on a slope over time the Mating slipped and bunched up . Removed all the matting levelled out and laid new membrane and made ready for new 40mm gravel mat base to be laid , once all mats locked together the 40 mm pockets are filled with 10 mm gravel to make it solid. After woods covered with the bigger stones

Replaced old leaking gutter along a garage and annoyingly forgot to take the after photo!!!, removed an outlet as the client no longer wanted Water butt, also replaced a ring latch on the gate

Another successful gutter vacuum , the only way to do the conservatory roof gulley was through a bedroom window so I used the smaller panther vacuum for that job and it performed brilliantly, cleared the rest of the gutters using the shadow and managed to clear the long reach gutters
The clients are delighted with the outcome

Decking power wash, used a soft wash option removing all the algae and mold making it ready for re staining also washed the furniture
All came up lovely and another delighted client

A regulate client asked for the soffits to be painted amd also stain the garden bench
All done and client delighted

Client asked me to removed a buikt in wardrobe and left ready for decorating

A regulate client had a new boiler installed and wanted the old box in replaced as it no longer fitted.
Removed and replaced insuring plenty of airflow at the bottom and and air vent at the top
