Our new parking eye cameras are live from the 25th of July.
All AK fitness members must give a member of staff their car registration so it can be logged into the system. Anyone visiting AK Fitness must enter their registration into the tablet at reception.
Non visitors will have a maximum of 10 minutes to pick up and drop off.
Cameras are on 24 hours per day.
We have spoken to Melrose Funeral Directors and they will inform us of any funerals taking place in the church, and on this occasion cameras will be turned off.

Hi all we have decided after speaking to a few regular class attenders on a Wednesday evening , to change things around a bit , all the classes have been updated on the app . We have taken Tabata off , changed the following to !

Couple of new notices in the gym this morning…

We’ve noticed over recent months; there has been an increase in people bringing their phone into the gym.
We don’t have a problem with taking photos, logging workouts or changing music.
But when you’re sat scrolling on social media and on a machine for ten minutes not doing one rep it isn’t on!

Most of our members and visitors put their weights away and in the right place, but the notice is a gentle reminder to the small amount that don’t.

We would like to thank everyone who came along today to support our Nathan 💪🏻

First time on stage and didn’t disappoint, competed in first timers and juniors and came away with an invite to the British finals in October 💪🏻

Great work from member Alan Cauchi at the weekend competing at the Rhino Classic . Taking away a second place in over 50’s bodybuilding and third place in the under 70kg open class 💪🏻
Since Alan first stepped on stage last year, he’s placed in 15 out of 17 categories he’s competed in 🙌🏻 onto the World Championship.
