I’m absolutely over the moon with today’s delivery… After being on the fence for what feels like years about investing in an Efile I am so pleased to finally take the plunge.

Lucy Pastorelli is a well trusted brand in the Nail industry, and used by many absolutely incredible nail techs which create breath taking work.

Obviously I have childcare to factor in like usual but for two… 🥴 but equally want to make sure I’m doing days that are actually in demand for. I absolutely love Fresha, the ease the reminders and also the confirmation to clients on their appointment time. It’s like my own personal assistant.

However if you do not receive a reminder text/email or you’re unsure whether your booking went through get in touch. Most likely it hasn’t for whatever reason maybe your internet dropped or it timed out.

But unless you get confirmation your appointment has not saved and most likely not been secured.

This very rarely happens and in the last two years it’s happened twice but I’d hate for people to be disappointed expecting their appointment only to find that they haven’t got one, especially coming up to Christmas time.

So I seem to have quite a few new followers on here so here’s me… 🫶🏻

I’m Lucy I’m a beauty therapist with over 11 years experience… where that time has gone I don’t know! I’ve recently moved premises to the gorgeous salon Hair innovation and I’m really enjoying it thanks to the warm welcome from all the girls there.

I offer a variety of treatments from waxing including intimate, to microdermabrasion which may be up there with one of my favourite treatments!

I work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and the rest of the time I’m keeping busy with our toddler Primrose and pooch!

Changes to Fresha…

Since using Fresha it really is such a great easy way to book appointments online, and I’ve had brilliant feedback from you all on how easy and simple it is to use.

However from today to secure your bookings through Fresha you will need to provide card details, this is to protect me from no shows and last minute cancellations to enable that I can keep running a successful business.

A 30% fee will be charged on any cancelation before 24 hours notice, and for all no shows a 50% charge will be automatically charged.

I can’t believe it’s coming to the end of October. I feel like there seems to be a common feeling at the minute, talking to so many of you and it’s that everyone’s feeling a bit what can only be described as… Meh. Me being included!
