One rule : no jumps
Try and work evenly on body parts, or you could do all upper body, all lower body or all core.
Work for 2 minutes, rest for a minute. Between 10 and 12 exercises βοΈβοΈβοΈ

No session today, if anyone wants a weekend workout I could do tomorrow at 10am (before it gets too hot!) Just msg me via WhatsApp if you fancy that.
Be extra careful if you are exercising in this heat. Lots of water, stay in the shade, sunscreen etc
My advice if you're doing your own session don't go for the super intense intervals, keep it moderate at don't stay out in it tool long and don't exercise during peak heat, go early or later in the day.
