Many of you will already know that my dear friends Lucy and Arron lost their precious boy Jude a week ago to cancer. He adored books and founded Jude and the Book Factory . You can find out more about him at For Jude.

I'm collecting money to spend on Usborne Books to send to Lucy and Jude and the Book Factory. These books will be distributed to children at The Sheffield Childrens Hospital, or any other way Lucy sees fit. Jude's Book Factory is just one way Jude will live on 💙

I am taking off my commission so we will get 24% extra books, plus I (or the party host) get free spends and a free book on each order of £120 or over, so any extras earned will also be donated.

🐖 World Book Day 🦄

Eva's been off school with chicken pox. By Wednesday she was pretty much healed except for one spot!! So we were pretty certain she'd be back at school Thursday in time for World Book Day.

On the Wednesday afternoon we got a reminder from school about decorating a potato! I tried to encourage Eva to do Mr Bump (easy right?!) but we've recently started reading the Unipiggle series by so she said she wanted to make Unipiggle!

Well here it is! She did almost all of it herself too, I just helped her work out what could be used for each part and I used cocktail sticks to secure the nose, ears and horn.

She was very pleased with her efforts!

You'd better not tickle the gorilla, because it might just grunt if you do! 🦍
