Food plays a big part in making/shaping who you are. Everyone has fond memories revolving around food. Your present action dictates your future and that of your loved ones. It is very important to keep the food culture alive and pass it down to future generation.
Anywhere in the world you go, there are cases of people trying to preserve their food culure. Musa is one such example. He is one of my inspiration in my quest to learn about nepalese food. It was a special moment to meet him in person and try out the food he feels passionate about.
