We just wanted to let everyone know that even though it is mid-summer and usually our quiet season, we are super busy and apart from a handful of slots are now fully booked until the end of August.

Most of our customers book in once a year which is the best way to achieve and maintain a free flowing gutter, all year round, whatever the deluge. So if you are wanting your gutters cleared, repaired or are even in need of a full brand new gutter system, please get in touch as soon as you can. That way you won’t be left with unwanted water ingress and the inevitable damage and inconvenience when the autumn and winter rains fall.

This month is a significant milestone for us at SCG as it marks the end of our 3rd full year in business. For those of you that know business will understand the importance of surviving those first 3 years as 80% of start-up businesses fail to make it past this.

It’s been a crazy ride! Lots of long, wet & cold days out on the van, late nights on the laptop replying to emails, sending out almost 4000 invoices, reconciling accounts and strategising on how to drive the business forward so we can keep serving the people of Sheffield and keep the gutters running as they should through downpours, snow storms and high winds.
