We've known each other for years, our older brothers actually met at firth park school back in the 80's!

The universe works it's magic and keeps plopping us into each others lives ♥️

Fun Fact! We used to host TV together 🥰 Music is the Language of the universe afterall xx

Sallyann joins us in November and brings with her a wealth of understanding into the world of Yoga, and fully embraces Life with all its cosmic twists and turns x

This means me and Martin will be wiggling our Sound Bath and Yin Yoga over to a Tuesday evening from November onwards ♥️
