Riesling produced in Alsace is a divisive wine. You either love it, or you hate it. Hard to remain indifferent and neutral. Its peculiar characteristic is a marked acidity that makes it fresh and mineral. A wine that ages very well in the bottle and that is not afraid to wait a few years for the right occasion, even if it is white. Klipfer offers it in this very pleasant version, characterized by a beautiful pale yellow colour, with reflections tending to greenish. The nose attracts attention thanks to its fruity notes, where you can clearly distinguish lime and kiwi. Light memories of flint and chalk complete the picture. In the mouth it is well structured, with a fresh and pleasantly dry taste.

This wine has a colour of very intense golden yellow and straw. On the nose there are aromas of flowers, spices and exotic fruits such as litchi and passion fruit. In the mouth is is rich, full-bodied and well-structured with a lovely length on the palate.
