Here we added dermal filler to the cheeks, chin and jaw.

This enabled us to elongate the chin and sharpen the mandibular angle- pulling the skin taught. We then used a micro- cannula to chisel the jawline in order to reduce the appearance of her jowls.

Adding filler to her cheeks enabled us to enhance the apple of the cheek, whilst lifting the lower face providing a brighter and more youthful appearance.
