Just sharing a few events in Feb locally....

🌿 For the Woodland Workshops, we have had a few parents come along who have really enjoyed some quiet time to be creative, rejuvenate and connect with nature again.

🪵 The Winter Tree walk is in some local woods, woods which are really beautiful and just a 10 min walk up the hill from Bishop's House.

🔥 The Woodland Toddler Play is going strong throughout the winter. The holiday sessions book out fairly quickly so do keep that in mind!

Hello! I’m delighted to say that my books are now available in the wonderful Voyager Artspace on Manchester Road, Stocksbridge. (Signed bookplates are available to go with each book - just ask when you purchase.) Perfect for Christmas shopping!

The Artspace is now open 10.30am-6pm Monday to Thursdays & Saturday.
Plus Friday 4.30pm-7pm from next week. Full of craft supplies and fantastic artwork from local artists.

Just a heads-up for anyone coming this morning, it’s traffic chaos with the road works!
It’s possibly easier to park at the co-op and cross at the crossing where you can stop traffic! (Puffin?)

Join us and our friends at Sheffield & Rotherham Wildlife Trust for a family-friendly tree planting day at Greno Woods on Saturday 11th February. 🌳

There are three 2-hour sessions to choose from, starting at 10am, 12pm and 2pm. Please note, the site is rough under foot and may not be suitable for very young children or anyone with restricted mobility.

Please bring water with you and lunch if you need it. We’ll be providing some light refreshments, weather permitting.🤞

Our series of Relaxation Concerts is especially for pre-crawling babies and their grown-ups, and includes classical, folk, world, popular music and nursery rhymes performed by inspirational professional musicians.

Relax, listen, sleep, enjoy some sensory fun with your pre-crawling babies. Concerts aim to revitalise and entertain the grown-ups as well as give your babies a new magical musical experience. Sensory elements include sound, sight, touch, including bubbles, scarves, feathers and simple baby massage techniques for you to explore with your little one at your own pace. Plus you can relax with a cuppa before and after the concert and meet other new parents!
