Despite the recent wet weather, conditions are improving. The workshop is getting busier but we still have spaces next week.

I was keen to not be taken by the new Specialized Tarmac SL8 Sworks but… it’s a very nice thing.

A custom came to us to put it on a diet. She’s now sitting at 6.7kgs

Enjoyed putting this build together. So long, slack and steep! Impressive progressive geometry for our steep local trails.

Better puncture protection (more debris washed onto the toad)

Channeled cuts or tread (to dissipate water)

Bigger/ higher volume (Lower pressure for cold/ wet weather grip and comfort)

Optimised rubber compound (long lasting for winter miles, tackier for wet cornering and designed to run better in cold temps)

have come up with a summer/ winter bike in 1 with their Synapse.
Wide tyre clearance and hidden mud- guard mounts, 7kg on the nose.

Now is the time to get guards fitted and maybe some winter tyres too. That’s all it take to convert your stead and make it winter ready.

Well it’s that time of year again… but cheer up, nothing has to change. Just add lights!
We have already supplied .lights for road, mountain bike, gravel and hiking this season.
