As we enter year 9 of ecofloors journey we also enter year 5 of something I'm equally as proud of.

In 2019 Ecofloor founded 'A tree today - a forest tomorrow' foundation - for every floor we sand we plant a tree through the The National Trust.

We believe in our future and with over 1000 trees planted so far that's over 1000 tons of carbon dioxide removed from our planet.

Our aim is to double this by 2025.

Ecofloor was brought in to rescue this DIY project after the client had tried sanding and whitewashing the floor themselves. This serves as a reminder that sometimes it's best to leave certain tasks to the professionals, and Ecofloor provided both the floor and the client with the quality they deserved.

U.V damage had given this beautiful oak floor a unwanted shade of *orange*.

First we gave this the full ecofloor unique 10step 98% dust free sanding process,
We then finished the floor with 3 coats of commercial grade yet eco friendly 2part varnish *with added u.v protector* in a mattè sheen

And it's as good as new 🫡
