Fun fact: I used to despise doing lash extensions. 😅 I never in a million years thought I would ever be able to say I find them pretty satisfying now, especially when I've got clients in who love murder podcasts as much as me. 😬 I did realise though that I've massively neglected taking any photos of them in a looooong time, so I'll be working to remedy that. 👀 Here's a gorgeous set of hybrids.

Stunning Combination Brow transformation to cover previous work done elsewhere. The client felt her brows were too straight so we tweaked them to add a gentle but natural looking arch. Just enough to give a lifted look.

No two sets of brows are designed exactly the same. All PMU brows are designed bespoke, factoring in all sorts of variables including bone structure, other facial features and client preference 💕

Not as much saturation as I would have liked but I'm super happy with how pretty the result is! Subtle but defined lip line and peachy pink pigment.

Microblading doesn't have to be bold to be beautiful.

Simple Microblading to correct height asymmetry.

I've recommended shading for the touch up to add density to the brow that needed raising.

But so far such a gorgeous transformation and no more need to spend an age each morning trying to draw them in evenly!

This was a very challenging correction. A lot of asymmetry, including a significant height difference, especially when talking and animated, due to an overactive frontalis muscle on one side, which typically happens over time.

I love a challenge though! And the end result was super satisfying!

❌ misconceptions surrounding aftercare ❌

Dry healing DOES NOT mean not getting your brows wet after Microblading. You absolutely need to clean your brows DAILY after the treatment; it is a wound! It must be kept clean.

Dry healing refers to not applying any aftercare ointment after washing your brows. This may be advised for certain clients with oily skin types who do not need the extra moisture from an ointment.

During the first day I will have my clients cleanse hourly with single use sterile wipes. This keeps the blood and lymph to a minimum, resulting in beautiful healed results with minimal flaking and ZERO scabbing.

This client has a strong muscle pull over the right brow that caused that brow to appear much higher than the left brow whenever the client was sitting up and talking.

When laying down on the bed, the facial muscles relax and can appear much more even. But we don't primarily interact with other people when we're laid flat with our eyes closed! This is why it's important to map clients sitting up.

The right brow was mapped slightly lower to give the client a much more even appearance and correct the asymmetry caused by the muscle pull.
