This is why the title is (God Forgive Me) Pizza that I have always refused to make and will remain so until the end of my career. I am happy to announce the lucky person to have won a £60.00 dinner.

Dear Vito - We've spent a few days in Rome and northern Italy when we went to see the rugby a few days ago. Once again, we tried to find some Italian food better than yours. Once again, we failed. Actually, whilst we were at the various restaurants, we did comment how difficult it would be for anywhere to match your food, particularly as our views were reinforced when we visited you in January. This is life of restaurant , sacrifice our brake time , have some thing to eat in 5 minute , to make sure we are al up and running on time .

Monday is my day off but I chose to give my time to the students at Chesterfield Catering College where they undertook a Masterclass in Italian cuisine! The students were eager to learn and I hope they enjoyed the morning as much as I did.
