Dan Hirst, one of our Samson Nano Specialists has just qualified and become a Community First Responder for Yorkshire Ambulance Service.

It's Mental Health Awareness Week and this year's theme is Movement: Moving More for our Mental Health 💚

The team at Samuel Grant are now a month into Samuel Grant Fitness Group with employees recording a minimum of 2.5 hours of exercise a week during their own leisure time and then logging it on the STRAVA app⛹️

Physical exercise can play an important role in mental well-being and can even relieve symptoms of mental health conditions, in addition to exercise having numerous positive effects on mental health. We couldn't be more committed to driving this.

We have 50 members of Samuel Grant taking part in an in house competition to win a £50 voucher each month.

Staff members must record a minimum of 2.5 hours of exercise a week during their own leisure time and then logging it on the STRAVA app.

Each week, all employees who have achieved the above will be entered into the monthly draw. The monthly prize is a £50 voucher for the first drawn and a £25 Amazon voucher for the second drawn.
