Just to let all of our customers know that Steff will be going on holiday this weekend until the end of August 🙌
This means her new admin team will be helping out with the admin side of things.
We have a new method then texting the phone and we would love to start using this to centralise all of your requests.
Below is a link please follow the link and sign in with the email which you recieve invoices to. Click re set password. This will then send you a temporary password you can change.
Once you are logged in you can set tasks which will be dealt with right away. For example if you need an afternoon slot for a clean coming up just send us a task and we will add this to your notes as normal for that particular clean.
Anything urgent please message the number but we would love to start using the task tab more often so that Steff and her admin team can deal with your requests quicker.
Any problems logging in send us a mesaage and we will sort it for you. If you do not recieve our emails please send this to us so we can create your profile.
From this you can also see who is coming to your next clean who came last how long for and what day. So this also really helps you to plan ahead for your clean.

Can all customers let us know when your on holiday therefore do not need your weekly / fortnightly clean
We are texting customers with times for the next day and they are currently on holiday and haven't told us

We are self employed so we lose money when we could of filled your slot.

We are turning customers away and then finding out customers haven't cancelled their regular slot which is frustrating

We have been super quiet on here these past few weeks due to the student accommodation cleans we did last week which are finally coming to an end.
Last week alone we worked 280 hours with over 35 cleaners and we also had our regular cleans going ahead as usual with no cancellations or interruptions.

Thanks to everyone who helped and made everything run so smoothy.

I''m Steff. The owner and Director of Squeaky Cleaners Sheffield Limited..

I am not always dressed like this, most of the time I am in my Squeaky uniform hair on top of my head with 0 make up on cleaning my regular customers houses.

I also spend a lot of time behind the scenes making sure everything runs like clockwork and we get to every clean on a daily basis with no cancellations.

On this particular day, myself and my sister were training our first Franchisee!
We have been working on this for just over a year now so this was very exciting!

I am so proud that something I firstly created to get myself out of retail, to tie me over whilst at college (that lasted 3 weeks) is now being franchised all over the UK.

I firstly wanted to have a job that worked well around my 3 boys, as I was missing football games, Christmas and other big moments. I was sick and tired of running other people's business and not having any life. (Or money) to show for it.

2 and a half years down the line I have the best team who go over and beyond to help me and I appreciate them more then ever.

I want to thank every single one of our customers, passing on how amazing we are, this has really helped us grow like we have.

I am so excited to what this year has in store for us

Weve managed to accommodate sickness, holidays new cleans and not cancelled on one customer!

Just to let all customers know
We have a cancellation fee if we are cancelled after 24 hours notice

If you confirm your time and then cancel before the girls get there you will be charged for your full clean

Slots are taken up and we have people asking for a clean who we are being turned away to then be cancelled on last minute

With Christmas approaching we are getting extremely busy 🥳

🎅 Rotas are being completed and your slots are in for when you usually land

🎅 If you are wanting a clean for nearer Christmas this has to be an extra slot.
We cannot move your regular slot as everybody will want the same unfortunately this isn't possible.

🎅 As you all know, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after this there is a charge. We are turning new customers away to then be cancelled last minute and it isn't fair.

🎅 If you know now that you are not wanting us between now and Chistmas please let us know asap as we have a waiting list

🎅 If you are wanting to book an extra clean or extra time please let us know asap 🎅
