Jo is a Quality of Life coach who supports and empowers people to remove limitations and make positive changes through TARC EFT.

TARC EFT is a version of Emotional Freedom Technique, a Chinese meridian therapy. This therapy can narrow down where you may be experiencing a blockage in your meridian system. By tapping on various acupressure points whilst concentrating on the problem, pain or issue, tapping can help to clear negative physical or emotional challenges. TARC EFT can assist with pain relief and management, phobias, managing habits, reducing stress, improving confidence and supporting change.

In an article in the Guardian this week, Chris Godfrey talks about his success in stopping smoking with a single session of hypnotherapy. Our hypnotherapist, John Taylor, offers a similar approach and, with 10 years of experience, has had many satisfied clients who have also stopped smoking after just one session.

A single session of around 2 hours is all that most clients require to make a change. This consists of part cognitive behaviour therapy and part hypnosis. You will be asked about your smoking habit in some detail and your reasons for wanting to stop. This information will then be used to help make a change on a subconscious level.
