Just back from two very sweaty 🥵 fitness classes - Zumba fitness/toning and Badass! I am wet 💦 through but my body needs this physical activity not only for the exercise, but for the mental health benefits and the social aspect of bantering with friends! As I work from home I’m sat down a lot on my phone 📱 or laptop 💻 so I need the balance of going to the gym - even on HOT days! Thank goodness I have a bottle of rose water in my gym bag to spritz when I’m getting overheated because it calms and cools me down. 👏🏼👏🏼
This is the last of my usual 8 classes a week and now it’s time to get my chores done and work out in the garden this afternoon. ☀️
