There are many types of pesticides, including:

Herbicides: Glyphosate, which is manufactured by the company Monsanto and used in the production of their weed-killer, Roundup, is one type of herbicide that may be used on conventional (non-organic) crops. This common herbicide has been linked to cancer and endocrine disruption.
Insecticides: Organophosphates are one group of insecticides commonly used on produce. Diazinon is one such organophosphate that’s still being used in agriculture despite its damaging effects on the nervous system. Chlorpyrifos is another organophosphate that was recently banned, although only after 14 years of pressure from environmental and labor groups.
A large body of evidence links pesticide exposure to an elevated rate of chronic diseases, including:

Cancer and diabetes
Neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, and ALS
Birth defects and reproductive disorders
Asthma, COPD, and more
These are very real risks for those exposed to pesticides. Many of the more severe cases often happen to agricultural workers who are exposed to pesticides on the job. This is one reason that the average migrant farm worker in the US is reported to live only to the age of 49!
Now thats something to think about!

It is usually several incidents and or maybe recurring ones too that leave lasting effects,sometimes in the subconscious mind,so we dont even realise that they are affecting how we act in everyday life!
When you heal the affects of those incidents and those negative feelings, you become a totally new person!

Time to reflect on how you have grown, how different you are now to maybe 10 years ago and you will realise that you have grown as a person and into the amazing person that you are today.

SO EXPLAIN EFT, how does it work?
Tapping helps to rewire those neuro pathways that otherwise keep us in our bad habits and old ways that do not work for us!
Tapping can break into these neuropathways and help break up some of those habits that are so ingrained in us.

Simplicity is sometimes the key to success!

This makes sense to me as most green things, like flowers & other plants, trees, vegetables and fruit all have greenery on them, which then grows to produce their final product!
The meaning of the Emerald is all about love and hope & compassion. Loving relatinships with friends and family and hope for things to come. The heart chakra is sometimes represented as green, rather than pink, or a mix of the 2, so again this makes sense as to why we relate the heart chakra to these colours.

Meditation for your mind and spirit is, in some ways, like exercise for your body.
If you perform the same exercise, in the same way, at the same level, it will not only become monotonous, but you will not gain anything from it either.
Dont do the same meditation everyday and in the same way. Challenge your mind and spirit, by listening to a different type of meditation maybe, or visit a spiritual event that you havent tried yet. Try a group, if not already in one, or go solo if already in a group. Add something else to your agenda, like yoga , or Thai chi and see what happens.!
Dont hold yourself back by retricting yourself, new challenges will bring new and deeper meanings for you.
