Weekend training

🌸This weekend I have started my Women’s Health Practitioner training for post partum Mum’s.

This course has focused on specific conditions, such as:
🪷Pelvic girdle pain
🪷Diastasis recti (tummy gap)
🪷Urine and Faecal incontinence
🪷Prolapse
🪷Overactive bladder syndrome

🌸Today’s training involves rehab and exercises to aid in recovery. As you can see, Pickles the kitten is joining in the training on the yoga mat.

🌸I will be able to offer a specialist postnatal assessment for both vaginal and C-section deliveries.

🌸This will include a one hour assessment of your posture, stomach muscles and pelvic floor muscles.

🌸Follow up appointments will include a bespoke rehabilitation plan, education and advice on recovery, a written report on all findings and integrated Osteopathic treatment.

🌸Specialised women’s health treatment available from April 24th 2023.

Yes, depending on what is agreed upon in our initial quote we will always offer a removal of all brush and chopped wood created. However, if you desire to keep the wood chippings we produce for your own personal use or the logs we create for fires etc. we will let you know what options are available during our free quotation process.
