Just under 6 weeks until our Christmas Market!

We do still have a few gazebo and tables pitches available. We're particularly looking for:

Candles
Crochet and knits
Craft beer
Cheese
Handmade chocolates
Usborne books
Original art and photographs
Pottery

We are, of course, open to other crafters and anyone with beautiful products and gifts to sell.

We're SUPER excited to launch our

🎅🌲🎁 CHRISTMAS MARKET 🎁🌲🎅

SATURDAY 7TH DECEMBER 2024
10am - 3pm
SNODLAND COMMUNITY CENTRE
(SCC available 8am-5pm for set up and clearing/cleaning.)

We have the following Stalls available:

Gazebo stall (up to 3mx3m, erected inside), set up however you choose. You supply gazebo and tables. £25 (limited availability)

6ft table provided by yourself. £20

You will need to have minimum £2million PLI.

We may also be running a 'hunt' activity around the community centre for the participants to locate. There may be a small item placed on your or by your stall. The participants will fill in where they found the 'item' and collect their prize once they've found them all.

Snodland Community Centre is available 6pm-11pm for set up and clearing/cleaning.

We're looking for Stallholders who can offer treatments, readings, or consultations during the evening, as well as Stallholders for sales or information/advice only.

We have the following stalls available:

6ft table supplied by us. Limited availability. £15

6ft table provided by yourself. £10

If you are offering treatments there will be space around your stall for this to take place. Please specify any particular requirements on the booking form and, although not guaranteed, we will do our best to meet them. It is also recommended that if you are offering treatments you consider bringing a privacy screen.

You will need to have minimum £2million PLI.

If you'd like to book a stall please let me know what type of stall you'd like to book and what you need; I will check availability and send you the paperwork. Payment and signed paperwork must be received within 3 days to secure your stall. We will not be able to hold the stall for you for longer than this, and after this time you would need to confirm that we are still able to offer you a stall, should you wish to book. Your booking will not be confirmed until all documents are signed and returned, along with payment i.e. Booking Form, Stallholder Agreement, Stallholder Risk Assessment, PLI certificate, any other relevant documentation.
