Never in my wildest dreams did I ever imagine that a small project which I started with a few volunteers would become so successful. I am delighted to advise you all that Be Kind has received wonderful recognition.

Whilst we may not have attained this prestigious award, to be nominated and considered is such a wonderful accomplishment.

I take great pleasure in sharing this letter with the amazing Be Kind team. I am so proud of each and everyone of our volunteers.

Today the government have announced the MOT exemption scheme will be ending on the 1st of August.
To help people get their cars booked in and tested we are going to be offering late night booking slots twice a week from August the 1st
Our new MOT booking slots will be -
Monday 9am till 4pm
Tuesday 9am till 7pm
Wednesday 9am till 4pm
Thursday 9am till 7pm
Friday 9am till 4pm
Saturday 9am till 12pm

This is great for the people self isolating and worried about their cars.
We also can not stress enough how important it is too keep your car roadworthy and safe. That is why we are offering all key workers and essential workers a FREE visual safety check to give you extra piece of mind.

Good morning, following the guidelines set out last night by the government we will be staying open as we are considered essential for keeping people going.

A lot of our customers are NHS workers, teachers, delivery drivers, shop keepers as well as looking after a fleet of private ambulances.

We have had to up our hygiene procedures again to help keep us and you safe.
The will be no entering the garage. If your dropping your vehicle off the will be a table at the door where we will collect keys that will be sprayed before and after.

Gloves will be worn and changed after every vehicle.

Steering wheel, handbrake and handles will all be wiped with disinfectant before and after.
Seat covers will be used.

We can offer a contactless service with collection and drop off.

We would like to assure all our customers that we are open as usual.
We have put in place extra hygiene measures in line with government guidance to protect you and us. We can offer a collection and delivery service to anyone that can’t leave or is worried about leaving their homes.
All key workers like teachers, NHS and shop workers that need to keep working will get a discount.
