Hampton Manor
Foodie’s escape in 45 acres. 24 boutique rooms, 2 restaurants: Smoke, Michelin starred Grace & Savour We look forward to welcoming you.
Michelin-starred, four AA-rosette awarded Peel's Restaurant is the foodie destination for the region. Winning Michelin's first ever Welcome and Service Award, we take care of our guests' experiences. 15 boutique Arts and Crafts bedrooms complete the picture.
A public service announcement from our Bakery:
The bad news is, our bakery is closed this Saturday (Aug 31). But the good news? It's open as normal, Thursday, Friday and Sunday (from 9am until 12pm). And we're hearing unconfirmed rumours of cruffins and seasonal focaccia. Except on Saturday. When we're absolutely confident you will find nothing.
It's always been too long since a Sunday lunch, fro our restaurant Smoke. And if the whole party can't agree on roasts being a critical element to any Sunday, there's plenty of other choice.

We'll be the first to admit we're entirely biased. But the current menu at Grace & Savour is simply a joy, from start to finish. Full of vibrancy, creativity and hugely accomplished (yet never showy) cooking, get in as soon as you humanly can to celebrate the abundance of the summer season and the fruits of an incredibly challenging year for farmers and makers. The end.

A few spots remain for our final staycation of the season. Join us from August 27 to 29 for a stay including an array of foodie experiences, as well as a foraging workshop.

In addition to drinks by the glass
you can opt for a classic or adventure wine pairing, as well as a non-alcoholic option. Expect well-balanced drinks, like beetroot from Royal Oak Farm, combined with Himalayan Imperial black tea, long peppers and Verjus.
House Rhythm // Sweet Sounds (Everyone gets cake!)
Staying with us? At 3pm each day, you'll find an hour of curated vinyl, paired up with a daily cake for Manor House residents. On the first afternoon of your stay, direct bookers will also receive a welcome drink.
Tues to Sat, as part of our house rhythm—included for all hotel guests who have booked direct. No need to reserve a spot—just turn up. Find out more about our House Rhthym via the link in our bio.

Introducing out summer staycations ☀️
This August, we're bringing back our two-night curated staycations, with space to rest, to discover and, of course, to delight the gourmand in you. Trade airport security for a foraging experience and gourmet BBQ on our terrace this summer.
What's included?
Check in at 3pm for an arrival drink, accompanied by cake and vinyl. An informal wine tasting is next on the agenda, before you head to the Manor terrace for a generous BBQ by way of night one's dinner. Expect plates like the team's barbecued beef brisket, with black garlic puree and beer battered onion rings, as well as yakitori chicken, with plenty of sides.
After a luxuriant night's sleep, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before getting some fresh air with a foraging taster workshop on day two. Lunch is a picnic prepped in the Manor House kitchen, inclusive of a good glug of Nyetimber. Choose your spot across the estate, or opt for a table and chairs if rustic is not your idea of a good time.
In the afternoon, relax in your individually designed bedroom, or wander the local area with help from our Field Guide before getting ready for dinner. You're eating a la carte at Stu Deeley's Smoke, and both the vine house and terrace spaces will be open if the weather is feeling friendly.
On day three, after breakfast, join our Meet the Maker tour—your backstage pass to the estate—before all too soon, it's time to say goodbye.
