The Walking Football Association England 50s won 3-0 over 1 1/2 hour game & 60s won 9-0!

The 50s 3-0 win over a 90 minute game in tremendous heat(once again playing a younger squad ) was a billiant effort from everyone in the team said manager , Karen Sharman “I was a little frustrated as they peppered the goal, the post, crossbar and the opposition keeper kept them at bay. England kept going and in the last half hour broke the deadlock with a blinder of a shot from Captain Joy. Two further goals from Claire sealed the game”. Karen said “I’m very proud of all the players”

Englands 50s then took on The Basque Country and won 6-0 ( Goals from Crilley x3, Kirby, Lilley x 2 with assists coming from Murtagh, Cafferty, Lilley, Kirby Crilley x2). Amazing score lines and a clean sheet for the keeper! Well done lads 🙌🏻🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿
