FINALLY starting in person classes again this Saturday at 12pm in All Saints Church(Bearsden cross). Woohoo!
Anyone who wants to come is welcome, we all need to use our own equipment due to covid so please bring a matt (and bricks, belt/towel if you have them). If you dont have one I'll be bringing a couple spares anyway.
The class is 1hr long and costs £7.50.
Excited to see regulars from online classes in the flesh, and hopefully some courageous newcomers soon!

In the next couple of weeks I'm going to be starting an evening class at 6pm either on Mondays or Wednesdays - if anyone who hasn't been before is interested or has a preference let me know. I might also be starting a 45 min morning class. Still to see whether Saturday class will remain.

Welcome to my page!

I'm opening up my yoga class to the public.
I teach on Saturdays at 1pm but if you can't make that I'm planning on adding more classes so let me know a time that would suit better.

First class is free then £5 a class after that. The class is 1hr long.
Message for bookings or if you'd like to find out more.

Everyone's welcome - it's a General level class so is suitable for all - complete beginners and more experienced practitioners can all benefit.
Whether you're looking for something to improve your health or just something fun and new to try I'd highly recommend it.

A bit about yoga...
Yoga poses are a highly practical set of tools we can use to address problems from back pain to insomnia. They strengthen and stretch the body allowing it to be as healthy as possible.
Iyengar yoga differs from other forms of yoga in its attention to detail - focusing on the actions of each body part we increase awareness in the body, making sure we do each pose safely and with the greatest benefits. It's also unique in its accessibility to people of all ages and all degrees of physical health/fitness; with the use of props and pose variations care is taken to tailor the practice to individuals' needs so no matter your condition you can benefit from it.

I can't over-emphasize the benefits of yoga - it's life enhancing.
