Hello, long time no speak!
I’ve had a few enquiries of late about Santa Letters etc. and although I haven’t a definitive date yet for my 2023 Order Book opening, it will be announced soon ~ I’m forecasting towards the second week of October; fingers crossed.
The C word is creeping up, 100 days! How is that possible? Personally I’m not ready to contemplate xmas 😆 ..looking forward to Autumn and all its delights!

To place an order, I ask folks to message me.
I organise payment directly through a PayPal Goods & Services Invoice, your email is required.
Bank Transfer can be arranged.
Cheques can be accepted.
I do not take card payments over the phone.
Terms & Conditions are on the invoice, please read these before ordering.

When an order is paid for this will secure your allocated slot of time in my order book.

The time your order is created can be anywhere during end of October to the first week in December. Usually I can accommodate requests to receive by a certain date.
International customers are typically dispatched first.
Let me know if you require a precise date to receive an order, particularly if a trip to Lapland planned (the order may include a reveal Letter and/or Lapland Invitations).

Time slots cannot be reserved, payment only will secure this.

I will still create Lapland Invites & Santa Letters after the Christmas rush for trips after Christmas / during Winter 2023.

Year on year approximately 80% of my customers are returning - which sees my order book fill quickly, sometimes just 24 to 48 hours.
Everything is meticulously hand made by me alone and therefore extremely limited quantity.
Each item is completely bespoke.

When I open the order book I will be ‘snowed under’ messages to reply to.
*Please don’t be alarmed if I cannot reach back to you on the same day*
To give an idea how busy I get behind the scenes answering messages, I can typically create approximately just 30% of the requests I receive and I may have hundreds of messages to reply to.

The letters are sent by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery in a plain hard back envelope or narrow box, to the person who ordered.
…to give absolutely nothing away!
I endeavour to have all 2022 orders dispatched by 9th December that don’t require a certain date to be received by.
If I can manage to accept last minute orders after this time the dispatch will be on Royal Mail Next Day Delivery postage only (or local collection).

Can’t even tell you how busy my inbox has been lately purely about my 🎅🏻✨ SANTA LETTERS ✨🎅🏻

So I thought I’d let everyone know my OrderBook will be opening in early October. I’m bringing it forward this year to accommodate how many enquiries I’ve already had from brand new customers.

For those who may not know… I create entirely personalised hand written letters from Santa/Father Christmas, Invitation Tickets to Lapland and more aside! 🙂

The majority of my customers are returning - which sees my order book quickly fill up, usually in a matter of days. Everything is hand made by me alone and therefore limited quantity.
Once slots are full I don’t release more till later December if I’m able to.

When I take an order it’s to secure a slot of time in my order book. The letters are created November onwards. (Though I can create some in October).
I send a list of questions that the content of the letter is comprised from. Alternatively you can script the letter for me to copy verbatim.
I typically start sending the letters from early November and work through orders on the order they’re received. With the exception of international customers which are usually dispatched first.
I can usually accommodate a precise date customers would like to receive their parcel by, particularly if they have a trip to visit Santa planned; providing the order is received early.
I prefer to have all letters dispatched at least one week prior to Xmas (17th Dec 2021).
I can dispatch later for last minute rush orders however on U.K. Next Day Delivery postage only.

The majority of customers request the letters are scripted in the tense that they’re to be opened on Christmas Eve, as adding letters to Xmas Eve Boxes is very popular these days. Although I can write in the tense to open on Christmas Day (as some families like to present the letter with the children’s presents), alternatively I can write as if Xmas is a few weeks away.. and longer.
I’ve had requests write to children as early as July and Santa writes from his vacation no less! 😂

Orders are sent by Signed For Delivery via Royal Mail and arrive in completely plain hard back envelope/narrow box addressed to the parent/adult …to give nothing away!
Local collection is fine, by strict appointment only.

The majority of orders are approached through my page and payment is organised through a PayPal Invoice.
(This year I may open my website again to take orders which used a PayPal Cart. I haven’t yet made this decision).

I create letters in many sizes. The most popular is a single letter for one child, though this size can actually accommodate two children; with lesser details for each child.
I create larger/longer sized letters for 3/4/5 children, which is particularly cost effective if there is a large family; or siblings and cousins etc. sharing Christmas Eve or Day together.

Bit of info on the *LETTER FROM SANTA* 🎅🏻

⭐️ Totally personalised and entirely handwritten in ink, with lots of attention to small details making them incredibly authentic!

⭐️Featuring many beautiful elements ~ gold gilded wax seal, envelope has a die-cut stamp which is ‘franked’ in glitter. The long shaped letter has been hand dyed for a special vintage look as if the paper has been in Santa’s writing bureau for many years.
The paper also sparkles and for another whimsical touch I apply gold foil by hand around the edge, which is applied in small accents to edges and inside flap of the envelope too.
