Just completed this nice little resin drive all supplied by Vuba

Well that's another great year finished, thank you to all my lovely customers and all have a great Xmas and New year. We are now taking bookings from July onwards getting booked up quickly. Here is some jobs we have completed over the past couple of months.

Here is a lovely renovation we have just completed, from a old village shop with a flat above into a lovely family home with 4 bedrooms, 2 ensuites, family bathroom, downstairs wet room, boot room, utility room, office, snug and a lovely open plan custom hand built kitchen and dining room. The only original part of this building was the outside walls and roof with the installation of 12 steels it was a challenging project, but with great customers it was a pleasure.

Just finished this lovely 130 sqm of porcelain patio, this time we 45° mitre on all upstand joints to give a seamless look with lights inset into the steps . Electrical work carried out as usual by ALN Electrical Services

We will just leave this here! 🤣

Started with one van, now there three!

Here is a complete house renovation that we have started, 3 months in and plenty of structural work carried out as well as some surprises like having to carry out some underpinning to the original foundation.

Here is a job we recently completed, a garage knock through conversion into a open plan kitchen, dinner and lounge area. Sandstone Patio area to rear with oak sleepers and ramp for easy access. Big thanks to Bullseye Builders

Life of a tradesman 🔧🔨

We get phone calls all hours.
We nip out and quote jobs all hours (most nights) We get the job, we go to work.
We make lists, we drive to merchants we pick up materials. We prepare jobs we are about to start, while in the same day finish jobs.
We finish jobs so that we can get paid.
Sometimes we chase that payment. If a job runs over we don't finish until late, we stay until that job is complete, 10:00pm? Then so be it.

Somebody rings, I’ve a job needs doing asap, nobody likes to say no.. So as well as all the above we are now trying to squeeze a small job into a tight schedule that then takes twice as long as it should putting you under more pressure.

Van breaks or your ill, Your now a day behind and have twice the work load.

Sounds busy right? Now we'll chuck in a few more..

Books
Accountants
Clearing back of the van
Sorting our units/yards
Spending time with girlfriend/wife's/kids
Cleaning house
Food shopping
Paying bills
Seeing relatives
That decorating at home that's been waiting months.

Standard week of a tradesman.

So before anyone tries to know a few quid of here and there, just remember all the visits and work he has done even before you get the quote and he hasn't even got the job yet!!

This was a little bit different for us to carry out using green oak and finally fitting the glass to finish off. It was a pleasure to carry out and you could say very happy customers.

LABOURER NEEDED
Family general building company. We complete all types of work including extentions, alterations, fencing, driveways and landscaping.
Driver with own transport.
School leaver considered but must to able to get to totton for transport to jobs.

After a challenging and strange beginning, we ended up with a extremely busy year and added a 4 legged new member to the team 🐾!

Here's a job that we have just completed at the Hilton hotel in Bracknell a complete refresh of the ladies and gents washrooms. Big thanks as usual to Bullseye Builders for putting in the 12 to 13hr days with me to get this completed on time 😀

This year the foster carers of Southampton are holding a comedy gala to raise money, to take as many foster children as possible on a UK holiday!
