We love opposition (oh that’s something to think about in terms that are outside of our mechanical bodies)
There’s a balancing act in the cosmos where opposing forces actually create balance. The balancing acts on gigantic scales of planets and stars lead towards tendencies of rotational patterns spiraling throughout space… we spiral through space, too.

Something I’ve missed before, Gray comments that the foot is sloppy and could be more stable. It’s a “stable adapter.” (Think I heard that from Gary Ward though outside this context)
Something I always find and comment on is this missing TMJ inclusion, but Gray did comment on upper cervicals which pair it couple IMHO with the TMJ to create balance.

Corns! They can make daily life a misery! These little nuggets are a result of pressure and hardened skin, which start small but can quickly grow to become sore and painful. Some can be soft, in between your toes, and hurt. Once the pain hits, you could then be putting extra pressure on your ankles, knees & hips as you change your walk to ease the pain in your feet! You might have used over-the-counter treatments which may, or may not have helped but the best way to solve the problem is to get them enucleated by yours truly and learn ways in which you can prevent them from returning!
