HP Contracts are based in Chandlers Ford and following expansion of the company are looking to recruit an experienced and capable office-based Administrator to support the Contracts and Tendering Teams.

Ideally you will be familiar with the construction and refurbishment industry.

The works will include:
- Basic office duties (Telephone, post, correspondence, filing)
- Making price enquires, placing orders
- Collating site files
- Preparing operation and maintenance manuals
- General administrative requirements to support the management team

Basic computer skills are essential (Word, Excel, Outlook) along with flexible attitude and organised and methodical approach to work.

Suitable for a school leaver upwards.

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Salary: Negotiable
