for tonight's concert, Hetty is delighted to be joined by three talented British musicians, guitarist Denny Ilett, bassist Ben Taylor and drummer Andy Chapman. Enjoy a warm and entertaining celebration of the classics and curios of The Great American Songbook.

in memory of Alan Greening - there will be a special gig at The Concorde Club 7th August. Alan played a major part in the establishment of Southampton Jazz Club in 1974 with committee veterans Skip Conway, Ron Pack and Pam Cotton. Alan - as treasure provided superb expertise with the finance - embracing 55 gigs a year in the 70s and 80s ! His passion for music helped his sons into their careers as pianist (Leon) and drummer (Steve). Both will present their bands at this event (8pm, door open 6pm). Also featuring Alex Garnett (Sax) Adam King (bass), Steve Brown (drums).
Proceeds go to the Musician's Union Benevolent Fund: £15 (£12 for members). For dining bookings phone the Concorde Club (02380 613989)
