Another one of our local projects
Another garden room under construction this is an 8 meter wide x 3.5 meter in depth, yesterday we cleared the existing concrete base, today we prepared the foundations.

This is our latest project, a knock down and re-build extension.

After lunch we started the front but had a little technical difficulties so you’ll have to wait for tomorrow’s post 😂
After cladding the back we started the side elevation so filming commenced.
Just an update for my thousands of followers, Canadian red Ceder cladding installed tomorrow 😁
Fitted the rubber roof covering now watertight.
Customer must be happy, Coffee and cake was served 🤣

Roof built, not quite water tight... rubber roofing imminent.
Sunny day seems a shame to put the roof on!!
75mm EcoTherm insulation in the walls all complete.

Gardenrooms.bespoke is in Leigh on Sea building a shiny new studio for a client.
Insulation in the floor and waterproof flooring on top today, we did get the back wall up but the rain started so filming stopped 😉🤣
