Cambridge Road is part of the Cliff Town conservation area.

Our work on Cambridge Road remains one of our most cherished refurbishments to date. We handled all the design applications for building control and obtained conservation consent for the project. The extensive renovations included significant structural alterations such as underpinning and excavating the basement to transform it into a functional bedroom. The property, which had fallen into disrepair, underwent a complete overhaul. With great respect for its historical significance and surroundings, we upgraded all walls and ceilings to enhance stability and added acoustic enhancements to mitigate noise from the nearby railway line. The acoustic improvements were achieved without compromising the building's aesthetics, resulting in outstanding results

We have successfully completed the dismantling of a water tower in the Essex area. Despite facing challenging weather conditions, our dedicated team began and completed the project in January 2024, showcasing professionalism and commitment to delivering on time. Congratulations to the team for their outstanding achievement – a unique project experience to add to the portfolio! We are looking forward to working with the client in the future.

It has been a busy start for year we finish the refurbishment of our offices in December 2023 and completed the move this month a lot of hard work from the Tower team to get this over the line. Now we can focus on the year ahead and growing the Tower team.

Alton Garden Centre fire damage. If you are not visiting Santa at Alton Garden Centre this year I strongly recommend you do as they have an amazing new kitchen and restaurant area. Unfortunately this is a result of a major fire they had towards the end of 2022 we've recently finished the rebuild of the kitchen and rear section of the garden Centre. The project was in the region of £900,000 to Tower construction & Tower Electrical and we have been involved with the project for almost 10 months we worked with the design team and client to get it up and running as quick as possib

The Grand Hotel Frinton on Sea was one of the most challenging and rewarding projects we completed this year. The former hotel was transformed into residential flats many years ago. We had to undertake significant structural strengthening and repairs to the balconies. Since the balconies were condemned in 2022, our priority was to preserve as much of the original balconies as possible. Additionally, extensive corrosion within the concrete demanded removing most of the balcony deck and underpinning the foundations. Furthermore, we replaced the timber structure supporting the roof. Our team did an incredible job restoring the hotel to its former glory, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with the homeowners and the managing agent throughout the process.

Baltic House, Maldon. This is a project we successfully completed earlier this year - a conversion of an office space into three self-contained flats. Throughout the process, we encountered and overcame various challenges that are typically associated with commercial conversions. These challenges included ensuring effective sound mitigation between the floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as ensuring compliance with current thermal regulations.

This September several staff members and a Chelsea Pensioner are driving two 🚗 in the Veterans Banger Rally from Dover to Gibraltar. The rally is over 6 days in cars that cost under £1000 driving though France and Spain with the aim of raising funds to support Blind Veterans UK.

All costs are covered, all the money raised goes to the charity through the JustGiving page.

Solar install completed on Southend seafront.  Here we have installed our ultra-thin panels that are installed into the roof that look amazing. The client has also had battery backup installed so that they can benefit from free solar power throughout the night. We are pleased to announce our new electrical division, Tower, Electrical Essex  and we received our NICEIC  certification  this month. Please contact us for any commercial electrical works. 

Alton Garden Centre - This is a projecd we have started this month. The local garden centre suffered a fire at the end of last year. We have just been awarded to carry out the building works to get the building operational again. The fire spread through the kitchen causing major structural damage in a large area of the garden centre. The works include major structural works re-roofing and refit out internally. We have been employed as the principal contractor and managing the principal designer role. We have currently completed the cleanup on the first floor, removing part of the structural frame so that we can start to install the new roof. 

Baltic House, Maldon. commercial conversion. We are currently converting a first floor office into 3 domestic Flats. Hoping for the project to be completed middle of April.

Recently finished project at the Eurotunnel Folkestone for Rail scape. We relocated the dog agility area for the Folkestone terminal and decommission the existing area.

We are looking to hire full-time labourers must be able to make their own way to sites in SouthEnd and surrounding areas.
Preferably to have own transport,
Work hours 7.30 to 4.30 with 15 minute tea break + 30 minute minute lunch break
