This lovely lady has been coming to see me for over five years now. She originally came because she had deep set lines in her frown line and forehead.

As you can see from the before pictures these are now very minimal as she has been coming regularly for her line and wrinkle treatment. This maintains the longevity of the treatment if you come regularly within the first year of starting treatment.

Taking us down paths of even more self destruction.

It’s quite simple really 🤔 how can we truly love others unless we truly love our selves?❤️ how can we expect others to love us the way we want if we do not love ourselves ?

My years of self loathing and self hate lead me to self destruction and weight gain and then that vicious cycle continued even more.

🙏Until one day I remembered what I was here to do and that also I have two amazing beautiful children to show the way for. This was in 2016!

Gradually I learned to love myself again through lots of coaching and opening my heart. ❤️

I have a true connection to my soul’s purpose and what I am here to do.

This is my introduction to you all in a new capacity.

As a Nurse of course I’ve always wanted to make people better and “Heal” them! However the NHS just was not capable of treating people from a Holistic point of view!

Whilst working within Aesthetics at my clinic Cosmetica Aesthetics Clinic I have learned that when people take the leap to have some form of aesthetics treatment it can profoundly start a healing process.

In clinic we look after your physical appearance and skin health……we even touch on wellness. However we never touch on healing ❤️‍🩹 and soul work!
We are all made of Mind, body, soul right?

So I am creating a new kind of aesthetics clinic: a place where you can come and learn how to open your heart ♥️ as well as look and feel absolutely beautiful!

I truly believe that we can have it all….i truly believe that we can heal ourselves and face our demons and come through the other side.

I am here to show you, you can have your lips done and be a Yogi, 🧘 you can have your BTX and be a garden digging loving hippie or you can be anyone actually…..you can be whoever you are and do whatever makes you feel good about yourself! You deserve that and the universe!
