Orange wine - 50% Assyrtiko 50% Vidiano, the grapes are gently skin fermented to create amber hued wine with stone fruit aromas and citrus peel. The palate has an appealing silky mild tannic structure and minerality with a savoury fruit finish🍊

Liatiko Red wine - A classic Cretan grape variety. This wine has aromas of dark cherry and wild berries, intense, balanced with fine tannins and an expressive juicy finish. It pairs with pizza and pasta or fish in red sauces🍷

Assyrtiko White wine - Light yellow in colour this wine has deep citrus and floral aromas, accompanied by sweet apple and peach. Full bodied and richly fruity with a crisp acidity and lengthy mineral aftertaste🍋
