So simple:- Melt a dark or light chocolate and pour over your bake- Melt the opposite shade so you can see a good colour contrast and drizzle over your bake using a spoon- Grab a cocktail stick/ knife/ bamboo skewer and run up and down your chocolate!#cakeninjasouthport #feathereffect #millionsireshortbread #instacake #cake

Instagram vs Reality!! I had never made a cake bust before and to be honest, my structure was terrible! I really thought you could balance a whole cake just on a dowel… how wrong was I….. The whole Rice Krispie head crumbled and fell apart, I tried everything to keep it together but nothing worked!!!! This cake was an experiment for a friend and I ended up strapping the head up with string and ribbon to keep it together and covered it… oops!
