Baby shower cake for my beautiful best friend Sonia 🥰 I knew exactly what I wanted to make for her as soon as she got her baby shower in the diary! It matched the balloon arch so perfectly and I’m just in love with the pregnant mother silhouette 🥰🥰 swipe to see us with the beautiful mum 💗

Chocolate cake with Biscoff buttercream and Biscoff sauce between each layer, covered in white chocolate ganache. Ultimate drooly face 🤤😍 I think this is my favourite flavour combo!!!!

Love going to cake club with Fancy a nibble cake club !! It’s on the last Monday of every month, lots of cake to eat and some amaaaazing demonstrations and talks every month too!! Totally recommend coming along if you’re in/ near Southport 😍😍

BAKE OFF: THE PROFESSIONALS!!!!!

What an opportunity! You can tune in to see how me and my amazing team mate Hayley Bops Cakes and Goodies do on Channel 4 from Monday 10th June at 8pm!

Southport based Cake Ninja are made up of bubbly friend duo Kate and Hayley, both of whom are self-trained pastry chefs. There is no question this energetic team are full of personality, never without a smile on their faces.

Set up by Kate, Cake Ninja is named so after her love of martial arts and holding a black belt in karate as well as being a keen boxer. A real adrenaline ju**ie she also loves wing walking, sky diving and white-water rafting – so she should be well-versed in holding her nerve when it comes to the judgment of Benoit and Cherish.

Before teammate Hayley became a pastry chef, she had plans to train to be a midwife, but with having two daughters she found her love for baking which worked round her young family.

During lockdown she set up a ‘scrub hub’ where she and a team of sewers made over 1000 sets of scrubs for the local hospital whom she also kept fuelled with baked goods. When not baking or helping the local community Hayley can often been found practicing her moves in belly dancing classes.

They have chosen to compete to fly the flag for independent businesswomen, and Cake Ninja hope they can survive their time in the ring and make it through all 10 rounds!

Baby shower close up 🌸🤍🤎

Beautiful baby shower cake for a very special little baby 🤎🤍 I’ve done lots of cakes for this lovely customer and it felt very special to be making her baby shower cake 🤍

What’s your favourite flower? 🌸🌹 the customer wanted tulips, roses and daisies with a pale pink base, and the flowers in blue and lilac. I really enjoyed bringing this brief to life 😍

Getting round to sorting out a photography set up 😍🫶🏼 I mean it’s so simple but just never get in the habit of using it 😂

Happy 30th birthday to me 🥳 okay so I may be a little late posting as my birthday was in January but, well oops 😂

This picture really doesn’t really capture the beauty of the cake, but it was absolutely ginormous and I loved it!! I had a box in the middle filled with flowers and fairy lights, and I used one of .options stands to make the top tier float 👻 I really didn’t know what I wanted for the cake, I just wanted it bright and colourful with sweets 😂

My wonderful friend baked the sponges and helped me put it together - thank you so much 🤍 So many people came up to me during the night calling me crazy for making my own birthday cake, but who else would I get to make it this size and just how I would want 😂😂

Subtle dinosaur wedding cake 🦖🦕 After our Zoom consultation this was the couples dream wedding cake I was able to bring to life! Simple, classic, clean and fresh with the little dino quirk - I love it!! 🤍

The swipe along is what one of the brides guests messaged her saying - this proper put a smile on my face ☺️ I do pride myself on not only my cakes looking aesthetically beautiful, but the taste being perfect as well. A lot of people say it’s the inside that counts 😉

The result ✨ the wedding cake is the centrepiece of your day, and what a beauty this is! My beautiful friend got married on Sunday. Last year we had a video call with her husband to be to design the wedding cake and I was so excited to bring it to life!

Beautiful sage green base, delicate gold leaf with a subtle hint of blush pink. The gold hoop really set this apart from .options - what a beautiful addition to really finish off the cake.

I’m so excited for this years wedding season, already 3 down so far 😍👰🏼‍♀️🤵🏻🤍 I do have some dates available this year if you are looking to book a cake for your big day ✨
