Heart and Graft Coffee Roastery are one of our fave roasters. These particular beans are from Honduras and have Cocoa, Hazelnut and Caramel notes and taste divine. ☕️ ❤️

Bonsoir mes amis…. Just a few finishing touches to our French themed U3A monthly red wine 🍷 tasting.
We got 6 tasty French red wines all the way from The Languedoc Region which includes a Grenache, Cotes Du Rhone, Syrah, Carignan, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
On the boards tonight we have 3 delicious cheeses Brie, Gruyère and Roquefort. The meats include Pate, Prosciutto, Saucisson and Salami with lashings of French stick. 🇫🇷

Croque Madame anyone? The elegant Croque Madame is made with slow roasted ham, gruyere, parmesan cheese, a layer of béchamel sauce, and topped with a fried egg. It’s the most sophisticated ham and cheese sandwich around.
I’ve just eaten this one and it was delicious. 😍😋🫶🏼
