EFT Construction Ltd have successfully achieved handover of our project at Millstead School in Liverpool on behalf of the City Council.

We have completed two new extensions at different departments of the school ensuring full operation of academic activities throughout the construction process. Another great project delivered by the team!

We worked with the client pre-contract to value engineer some elements due to budget constraints and still managed to fulfill the schools needs for further learning space without compromise.

Trinity St Peters School - Formby

Works are almost complete remodelling two classrooms at our site in Formby, another great quality finish from the site team, good work EFT.

Blackpool Fire Station

Recently completed refurbishment works at Blackpool Fire Station by EFT, good work team!

Whiston Hospital - Delph Lane Car Park

Works approaching completion at our Delph Lane site, new road into the car park has been surfaced, lighting columns in place, fencing complete, we are awaiting final sign off for our section 278 works to connect the car park to the highways, great work from Brian our site manager.

Nutgrove Primary School

Another project complete by team EFT for St Helens Council, great to be supporting our local authorities upgrading their properties as part of the framework agreement.

Emmanuel Church - Ormskirk

Works are well underway at our site in Ormskirk,
EFT are appointed to carry out major refurbishments on this listed church, upgrading the facilities to accommodate an ever growing congregation. Well done to Dan and his team for all their hard work.

Trelleborg - Skelmersdale

EFT are working on the construction of a new training suite for a client in Skelmersdale, providing state of the art training facilities for future developments.

Carr Mill Primary School

EFT recently completed remodelling works at Carr Mill Primary as part of our framework with St Helens Council, works included new partitions, doors, windows, decoration and flooring works - all complete over the summer period.

Southport Hospital - Ward 10b

Another project recently completed by EFT at Southport Hospital, this was part of a £250k ward refurbishment completed over two phases.
The project team managed to overcome numerous challenges working on a live site without any disruption to the hospital. Well done team EFT.

Delph Lane Car Park - Whiston Hospital

Works are progressing well on site with almost all the new kerbs installed, lighting column bases installed, all service ducting buried with our first delivery of plannings on site circa 300 tonnes.

Fencing commences next week around the perimeter and we have had a good co-ordination meeting on site with KMBC to programme the section 278 works connecting the car park to the highways.

Any lane closures or highways works will be updated on this page as works progress.

Rainhill Nursery, Phase 2 - St Helens Council

Works are progressing well on site with decorations commenced, flooring starting next week, on schedule for completion prior to the school reopening in September

Rivington Primary School - St Helens Council

Strip out works complete and asbestos removals commenced today ready for the reinstatement works to commence next week

Starting Point - St Helens Chamber

Works now complete installing traditional box sash windows for St Helens Chamber, another successful project by EFT

EFT have recently completed the new Discharge Lounge at Southport Hospital, the doors opened this week to patients and the feedback has been excellent form the staff and end users.
Works are continuing on our other Southport Hospital project – refurbishment of Ward 10B ready for opening in August.

Discharge Lounge at Southport Hospital Open Work is now complete on the new discharge and transfer lounge, which opened yesterday (Monday 16 July) at Southport Hospital.

St Helens Council - Grange valley Primary School

Works to commence on our new project Grange Valley Primary School on the 16th July, a six week project of £220k contract value, re roofing and internal refurbishments all to be completed over the summer holidays a challanging project ahead which will demonstrate our teams strengths.

Southport Hospital - Salus Building Refurbishment

Handover achieved at our Southport Hospital site - Salus Building re modeling.
Minor additional works being carried out in advance of the re-occupation by the trust later this week.
Another fantastic project delivered by the site team.

Whiston Hospital - Delph Lane Car Park

EFT have been awarded the contract to provide a new car park circa 10,000m2 on the Hospital site commencing today for a 15 week contract period, this will provide 415 additional staff car park spaces easing congestion on its current facilities.
We are delighted to be supporting our local Hospitals delivering their projects and have worked closely with the trust to offer a value engineered solution to enable this project to come within a designated budget, great work from the EFT team.

Works are due to commence today at Millstead School in Liverpool, EFT have been appointed by Liverpool City Council to construct two new single story extensions and internal refurbishments creating additional learning space on the current school site, this is a fast track 15 week project with parts of the project being completed ready for the new academic year starting in September

Another appointment received by EFT working alongside local emergency services, the refurbishment of the welfare suite at Blackpool Fire Station, works to commence in the next couple of weeks

St Helens Chamber

EFT have been appointed to carry out the window replacement on a St Helens Town Centre building on behalf of the Chamber of Commerce. We will be installing replacement sliding sash windows as per the original existing ones due to planning constraints, works are due to commence shortly following a 2 week manufacture using our local supply chain

Progress Housing - Seven Stars Road

Another project complete by Dan and the team, working on behalf of Progress Housing, another happy client. Well done team EFT!

St James in the City Church, Liverpool

EFT have recently been appointed to carry out refurbishment works on this Grade II listed church, contributing to bringing it back to its former glory along with new modern additions, our team are doing a fantastic job, good work Alan and the team

Rainhill Community Nursery

We are just finalising the finishing touches in preparation for our handover, another good project delivered by our Site Manager following a few difficult challenges throughout this scheme, well done EFT

Southport Hospital - Salus Building

Our site team are progressing well with works creating a new Discharge Ward at Southport Hospital, another fast track refurbishment project developing our relationship with our local NHS Trust, great team effort

Chorley District Hospital

Works are nearing completion ready for handover on Monday, EFT have created a welcoming new main entrance to the Education Centre along with a new reception counter, another great team effort from out site staff

EFT Construction Ltd are proud to have won a responsive, reactive maintenance contract with Lancashire Constabulary starting on the 1st April for a two year period. We have been successful on five lots consisting of General Building Works, Joinery, Roofing, Cladding and Flooring. This will enable us to develop our reactive side of the business in line with our business strategy

EFT have commenced works on the this project refurbishing 2 of Progress Housing's domestic properties bringing them up to current standards, this is the start of a new relationship we have developed with the asset team at Progress Housing

Chorley District Hospital

EFT have secured a new project working on behalf of the NHS and the Frank Whittle Partnership as principle designers, this fast track project is due to start in a couple of weeks, upgrading the entrance and reception area

Rainhill Community Nursery

Superstructure progressing well on our Rainhill Nursery site working on behalf of St Helens Council, our site team have been faced with some difficult challenges getting this extension out of the ground, we are now up to 1st lift height ready for scaffolding

Southport Hospital

New project secured this week refurbishing Ward 10b at our local hospital in Southport working for the NHS along with Mersey Design Group, works to commence in the next couple of weeks for a 12 week duration

Crosby Coast Guard Service

Works have now completed on the refurbishment of the Coast Guard buildings over in Crosby, great work from all involved on this tight programme.
