As some of us suffer from lockdown fatigue and just a general feeling of being fed up, it is important that we try to find things that are a positive distraction. This is the Action For Happiness - New Ways November Calendar that some may find useful. It gives daily actions and inspiration of things to do to try and improve mental wellbeing. We shall be utilising it at Holly Bank.
