We are a small, family run nursing home in Southport, UK which has been open since 1983. We provide individualized attention & support for all residents.
We are looking to hire a full time day care assistant and a full time night care assistant to help care for our lovely residents. We are a small, family run nursing home; established in 1983. A lot of us like to utilise Hesketh Park - below are details of a consultation that Green Sefton are running with Hesketh Park Heritage Group with in regards to the facilities at Hesketh Park.
We will be starting chair yoga with Sharon, who runs The Dairy Holistic Hub, on Wednesday 18th August. We are really looking forward to this class starting. Such much needed relaxation and self care after the past 18 months.
After the struggles of the past 18 months, we have decided it would be nice to participate in Self Care Week this year. We will be looking at different ways we can focus on ourselves and give ourselves some TLC. Keep an eye out for what activities we will be participating in.
A delicious chippy lunch today from Fylde Fish Bar Birkdale. It went down an absolute treat. Some of the staff MAY have also participated in it too π·π·

This small, family-run nursing home in Southport is seeking a Night Care Assistant to work up to 36 hours per week (it will include weekend and Bank Holiday work). Shifts are 8pm to 8am.

On Saturday Les and Dorothy sat together on the patio in the sunshine to celebrate her Birthday. It was so lovely for them both, after not seeing each other face to face for a year. They enjoyed a glass of bubbles to celebrate. Happy Birthday Dorothy! π₯³ βοΈ

Just wanted to say a huge Thank you to Dr Tobin, and all of the staff at Norwood Road Surgery for safely vaccinating our staff and residents at Holly Bank. We are all feeling well, and feel lucky to have received our first dose of the AstraZeneca vaccine! π₯³π

We shall be utilising it at Holly Bank.

Yesterday was Stanβs 93rd Birthday. A big thank you to all of the staff who bought Stan gifts to make his big day special. And a very big thank you to Tracy Stock who baked Stan a chocolate Oreo birthday cake, after he asked for a chocolatey birthday cake.
