The restaurant is a great example of old meets new... with Head Chef& joint owner Patrick keeping all the Tyndal family dishes and executing them in the style that has been key to the success of the restaurant for the past 40 years over various restaurants around Southport by his father Mark.

Patrick specialises in preparing fresh seafood. (Lobster thermidoor, seafood platters) Game meat when in season, and our newest addition of shearing steaks. Patrick is also known for the incredible sauces he produces for the different dishes and is a constant feedback comment from our guests.
