The children have been having so much fun with Halloween and fireworks activities over the last few weeks!

Wishing all of our Little Stars that are starting school this week the best of luck. Go smash it! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Coming up this Wednesday we have the final Activate taking place in Gosberton from 11-3pm.

We will be set up in the lovely grounds of Gosberton House Academy, Westhorpe Road, PE11 4EW.

Enjoy all the free activities including aerial hoop, wind sock making, circus skills, sow your own seeds, bug hunting, climbing wall and a host of sports and garden games.

Remember to bring a picnic and plenty of refreshments to keep cool.

The children have been busy doing some fantastic artwork to help make these wonderful display boards for our ‘Winter’ and ‘Chinese New Year’ topics.

Look at our amazing pumpkins that we have been growing! The children have enjoyed looking after them and have been surprised how big they have grown!
We look forward to be able to use them for some upcoming Halloween activities!

Is your child starting school this September? Make sure their mouths are happy and healthy ready to start their learning journey.

The children at Little Stars have enjoyed lots of fun Summer activities over the last term and we can’t believe it’s already the end to yet another school year.
We have said goodbye to our pre-schoolers who are now going off to their next adventure at school. We wish them lots of luck and will miss them all so much.
We hope you all have a great Summer holiday and we look forward to returning to the new term in September. ⭐️

Huggy Wuggy/Kissy Missy

It has been brought to our attention that on YouTube there are characters that go by the names of Huggy Wuggy and Kissy Missy. These are creatures with long arms, legs and rows of razor sharp teeth. Although the name seems harmless it is a video (also games we believe) which talks about death and whispers horrible things in your ear when giving hugs. They also sing songs, with lyrics not appropriate for children.

Due to the name, 'Huggy Wuggy/Kissy Missy' are able to filter through blocks at home as well as through YouTube's own filtering system.

We ask that parents/carers are aware of what their children are watching online, as this could be distressing for the children should they see it.

At the end of last term and through our All Stars Holiday Club the children enjoyed celebrating the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. We had lots of fun across all rooms and the children took part in some lovely activities. They all impressed us with their knowledge about the Queen and were able to recall facts from what they had learnt throughout the week! Well done everyone! 🌟

All Stars Holiday Club have been very busy over the holidays with lots of crafts, building goals and footballs and having our own Easter egg hunt 🌟⭐🌟

Over the last 2 week across all the rooms at Little Stars we have been learning about oral hygiene, followed by a week of healthy body, happy me. The children have taken part in lots of different activities,crafty, messy and have enjoyed doing some exercise too having lots of fun along the way 🌟😊🌟
