Hello everyone, I have mentioned to so many of you that I was due to have another open day at home at the end of September.
Clearly with Covid restrictions at the moment this is unlikely to happen. So it’ll now be postponed until the end of October but of course dependent upon government guidelines. I’ll keep you all posted!
If it can’t happen in October, then it’ll all happen online.. watch this space!

**🔈IMPORTANT INFORMATION🔈**
Hi everyone, in all my haste of trying to get all of this lovely fitness clothing ready for you all to purchase, I took my eye off the ball and nearly sliced my thumb off today!!
Hence 3 hours in A&E and surgery due tomorrow... I therefore have a possibility of not having the full use of my hand for up to 2 months.
So bespoke orders might be a problem, but within a week or two I might be able to process some orders. Please do direct message me as you normally would with any enquiries and I will inform you of what I am able to do, when I can. Some items are already made in stock so therefore I can post straight away, however some do need making up first.
Please bear with me, I appreciate your understanding and patience.
