A very successful Sunday catering for Lucinda Russel at Arlay stables open day, home of the grand national winner, our head chef James doing the hog roast, heaven scent catering going the other delicious food, along with Edinburgh gin. Fantastic weather and a fantastic day enjoyed by all.

Today we are catering for a wedding at Cockenzie house just outside Edinburgh. Hog roast, 3 salads, new potatoes in a herb butter and roasted Mediterranean veg with halumi as a vegetarian option.

Plated meal for 120 people in Strathmiglo village hall. Lamb and hog roast, salads and new potatoes in a herb butter.
