At the weekend we decided to be tourists and visit St Andrews Aquarium. Lots of new attractions have been added since we last visited. Of course we saw lots of fish, but also seals, penguins, meerkats, lizards, snakes and strangely to my surprise the leaf cutting ant display which was my favourite 🐟

Take a walk through the impressive St Mary's Quad and discover the University of St Andrews Bell Pettigrew Natural History Museum. It is a rare survival of a Victorian teaching museum, with many fascinating exhibits. Open Tuesdays and Fridays, 2 - 5 pm, until 31st August.
