We at The Criterion love spirits, all different variations, but they can be expensive and no one wants to pay hundreds of £’s for a bottle of spirits and discover they don’t like it, so we are going to bring in a new bottle every month of a high end spirit and sell it at cost price, so you can enjoy 25ml or 50ml and not break the bank.

Our first bottle is Balvenie 18 year old French Pineau Finish retailing for around £300 per bottle

Today we launch our spiced rum, 100 Chimes.

Been six months in the making with the fabulously talented team at tayportdistillery (thank you for your patience)
Our own rum is now available behind the bar.

The base rum is from the Caribbean and we have spiced it using as many local ingredients as possible to create a unique rum showcasing the best of Fife & Scotland.
