Completion images for a period character style bathroom we have just finished.
With a free-standing roll top bath and taps, antique mirror tiles and traditional sanitary ware - complete with brushed brass fittings. Looks amazing.

Removing this modern styled bathroom and turning back the clock. Traditional full height bespoke wall panelling manufactured and decorated on site. Antique mirror tiles to the end wall and Karndean flooring fitted. Free standing bath, toilet, towel rail and sink to be fitted next - all complimented with brushed brass fittings - completion photos to follow.

Scaffolding has now gone, new porch truss manufactured to match the original - now the weather is better we can now begin to complete the outside works and decoration

Loving the Indigo blue kitchen, complimented with oak cabinets - oak breakfast bar and appliances next.

New bedroom in the loft - great use of space.

The entire roof has been removed and retiled - new Velux windows fitted - certainly a lot lighter up there now 👍🏻

Sometimes drastic measures are what is called for, taking an old cold conservatory and completely upgrading it to a fully insulated and practical new room. Connecting the old lounge into the extension and encompassing the old flat roof utility room. Recessed TV, sound bar and radiator complete with striking paint work makes for a dramatic statement.

Obviously if you are wanting to provide a brand new house for your client - then off comes the roof.

Project progressing really well. Roof complete, insulation and plasterboard being installed. Recessed TV, sound bar and radiator. Plastering next. 👍🏻👍🏻

Still lots going on at the other project, the wall is virtually complete just trying to make the most of any dry days. The loft staircase has been installed and we are now base coat painting and installing the plaster coving - stroll on the Easter break !

Change of scenery over the last couple of weeks. Converting a tired conservatory into a more contemporary sunroom complete with French doors and Velux roof lights.

More plastering, more bricklaying and the new porch going up - busy few weeks.

The old fencing has now been removed and the new wall is being installed, really please with the brick match. Internally we have lots more timber work being fitted ready for the plaster-boarding. The new ground floor staircase has been installed, with the first floor staircase up to the loft to follow.

More insulation again this week, walls on the first floor finished and the floors on the ground floor being removed, insulated and reinstated.

More insulation and plaster boarding and on to the plastering now. Lowered the floor in the loft preparing for the conversion

Always a great solution when you want open plan but also have the ability to close rooms off without the compromise of doors being in the way. Easy as that - perfect!

Old staircase out this week but reused as a temporary one for now. The large steels are going in and hopefully coming to the end of the demolition works soon. More insulation in various areas.

Lots of preparation work to improve the EPC and overall performance of the building - keeping the house warm using as little energy as possible.

Well all renovations start somewhere, so let’s get stuck in - out with the old!

A beautiful kitchen make over just in time for Christmas. From a dark foil wrapped contemporary handle less door to a timeless hand painted shaker style door complete with elegant black ironmongery.

The next project - a full renovation - will need vision on this one - as usual.

A bit more block paving for two of the adjacent neighbours- a tough week but a productive one.

Following the move of the kitchen, now to convert the old kitchen into a home office and bedroom.

Beautiful contemporary kitchen finished in Matt porcelain and cashmere, complete with black Neff appliances and a black sink and tap.
Finished off with a lost edge quartz work surface which flows into the window without the traditional upstand.

Additional parking and entrance way completed

Amazing vision and use of space - lots of storage solutions within the full height units.

Exciting times - now come all the nice bits - let the installation commence 👍🏻👍🏻

A big week digging - preparation for the new double parking spaces and enhancement to the frontage - complete with a new water mains.

First fix electrics and plumbing all completed - plaster board fitted and fully skimmed - ready for first coat of paint.

Out of hours working this weekend. Helping to remodel the new suite for Baby Sensory Stafford. Working with Becky and Row and even Helen Holt dropped in to assist. A massive amount of work completed by the team over these last two days - stage one completed - Exciting times ahead!!
